PERSONAL/IMPERSONAL

If by chance you look into my eyes
Or should I say take the chance in the moment
To grasp the mirrors of you in my eyes
My transpersonal psychological reveals an
An unexpected secret
But not hurried or impersonal
But insistently communicative
Yet the reflection in his eyes
Are the pictures from his soul?
A heart over riding profit
Impersonal yet transpersonal warmth
And his genuine presence
As he walks in the spirit of examinations concepts
He is just one individual built on complete happiness
He is just one blueprint of just being
Not a doormat or a cloying hand servant
He is a kindness composed of many different elements
Including characteristics not immediately associated
With his flexible sense of belonging
But have you noticed, his gratitude are interlocking chapters
Each devoted to a kindness that enables others to thrive
And steadily turn another from self centeredness and toward love
By writing this poem, I come face to face
With personal/impersonal combinations
Of sensitivity And intellectual depth
A kindness that is not a luxury
But a necessity for all of us
No matter how personal or impersonal
